Back when I made the majority of my Acts of War customs, I didn't make this one because he was bald. Years later it occurred to me that - duh - Mace Windu is a bald Jedi! Well, at leats now he gets to be super articulated. I'm not sure of his name or species, and he really just appears randomly in one frame at the very end of the story.
