Colorization in the Clone Wars Adventures comics are sometimes a little off, but Plo Koon's outfit is usually dark brown (or dark purplish if you're Hasbro) so this seemed like a consious choice. Plus, Plo Koon is cool, so having another one is never a bad thing.
